Essential Duties and Responsibilities Part of the Corporate IT Team with a focus on supporting EBSServe as Senior Technical Advisor to EBS IS&T on networking and security issueRemain abreast of EBS network infrastructure requirements and facilitate necessary changesRepresent Corporate IT at EBS IT internal discussions, articulating current state of the network, future plans and Corporate policies and proceduresInitiate, manage and close out internal and service provider trouble ticketsResearch problems and evaluate solutionsPerform other duties or tasks as requiredQualifications 8 years minimum experience supporting WAN environmentsDemonstrated project management skillsProven Ability to work with developers and end customers in an AGILE or DevOPs environment.Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewall and load balancing experience (Cisco and Palo Alto required. Citrix Netscaler strongly preferred)Knowledge of BGP and OSPF Routing protocolsAbility to troubleshoot IPSEC and SSL VPNs (Experience with Cisco ASA and AnyConnect preferred)Ability to learn new technologies quickly
