Job Description Strong knowledge in 1) Order Management (EDI Orders, 3rd party application integration), 2) BOM, 3) Install Base, 4) Service contracts and 5) Renewals (Support/Subscriptions)Strong knowledge in Q2C business process across workflows like New Sale/Evaluation/Demo/Upgrade etc.Knowledge to Quoting, Sales and Support methodologiesDocument and articulate things in business language and keep it clear and concisePerform POC, System setups, BR100, mockup designsPrepare Functional designs and user guidesSupport business in UAT and GoliveKnowledge in SQL/MySQL and able to extract data and analyze, able to discuss with technical team on logic/architectureAttitude to take ownership and drive things, quick learnerExposure to Agile development methodology and able to adapt to new environments/systems/people
