Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of educationAt least 10 years of working experience in Mainframe z/OS along with DB2 Admin skillsHands on experience and excellent knowledge on Mainframe z/OS administrationKnowledge on LPAR, DASD and OMVSSecurity Architecture of z/OS RACF etc.Knowledge about TSO, ISPF and comparing in terms of Unix is desirableKnowledge about HFSGood knowledge & experience on DB2 AdministrationShould be able to enable Trace, User Management and PrivilegesPreferredKnowledge of Oracle Golden Gate installation and configuration in mainframe, DB2Knowledge of Source Database Configuration like Create GG user, turn on archive log mode, allocate enough stream_pool_size, processes, sga_target, sga_max_size etc.Able to help on directory creation, setting up necessary privileges for OGG installationsAbility to compare DB2 against Oracle Technology is desirableStrong Analytical and Communication skills
