Machine Learning Lead Architect

What You Will Do Develop the vision, strategies and roadmaps for Machine Learning, Data Science and advanced analytics capabilities.Define the target state ML/AI platform and create the roadmap for tooling and technologies required to realize the value of machine learning.Lead and/or collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, and engineers to define and build ML/AI solutions.Identify applications and processes that will benefit most from applied Machine Learning.Stay abreast of innovations in AI/ML across the industry and bring new ideas back to the enterprise.Act as coach and mentor with the Architecture and Delivery teams, and assist with recruiting and building out Machine Learning teams.Work in a rapidly evolving and agile development environment.Think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to deliver machine learning capabilities and tools with the team. What You Will Bring 10+ years of experience driving architecture or solution delivery.Very strong understanding and experience in the fields of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Statistics.Experience building both ML solutions and platforms with a strong background with Big Data, Analytics and ML Frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Python, TensorFlow, H2O.ai, scikitlearn, etc.).Experience with major cloud computing vendors (AWS, Azure, or Google).The skills to excite and influence executive decision makers along with the technical chops to teach practitioners.Great communication and collaboration skills and a teamfocused approach to solution delivery.Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or closely related field. Masters degree is preferred
