Primary Responsibilities Leads the development of Capital Group technology strategies and roadmapsLeads complex, cross functional solution designs across teamsChampions continuous improvement strategies across ITGLeads or consults on the most complex incident escalations and performs complex troubleshootingProvides technical expertise, leadership and mentoring to junior team membersFunctions as a technical resource for new or highly complex tasks, services and activities; identifying and solving critical issues; supporting policies and standards; and monitoring operational effectivenessProactively collaborates with and assists other teams across ITG ensuring mutual accountability for accomplishment of ITG goals and successful implementation of projects and initiativesSupports managers to identify strengths and skill development opportunities for domain resourcesMentor senior technical engineers Requirements Technical expertise in multiple infrastructure and application domains (server, storage, networking, desktop, video/audio conferencing, .NET application development)Demonstrated ability to work across boundaries and deliver resultsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal
