Description
Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of daily workload across data centers and communication rooms, and reviews work of corresponding resourcesPerforms data center configuration management using workflow system and physical configuration management databasAssists with implementation and support of IT infrastructure solutions to achieve availability requirementsMonitors IT and facility infrastructure use and capacities, provides input into trending data and recommends solutions to issuesIdentifies, escalates and may resolve potential issues before they escalate to impactful levelsUtilizes Service Management and other tools and processes, (i.e. Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, etc.) to ensure a consistent approach to activitiesRequirements Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent 04 years of experience in a related function Strong problem solving and followthrough skillsFast learner and proven ability to drive for results Detail oriented with a business and customer focused mindsetProven ability to collaborate and build relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills
