Responsibilities Support the Agile development teams processWrite detailed project reference documentationAnalyze data and provide thoughtful organizationCommunicate and facilitate team discussionsCheck in with team members to ensure successful completion of their goalsQualifications Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent Minimum 2 years of business systems analysis experience working on Agile software development effortsAbility to guide feature development to achieve acceptance criteriaExperience participating in a usercentered designfocused product teamExperience in corporate/enterprise software development or a Fortune 500 environmentInvestment management or financial institution experience is a plusProficient in SQL queries, data modeling and relational database designStrong data analysis skills
