Responsibilities Working collaboratively with associates in CGs business to ensure troubleshooting requests are addressed quickly and service delivered successfully and quickly, leveraging more technical team members as needed. Working closely with senior engineers to assist in design and deployment of infrastructure updates and additions. Developing into a subject matter expert with proficiency in support and troubleshooting issues for mobile devices and Macs in a corporate enterprise environment, and eventually design and implementation of new product solutionsWorking with manufacturers, vendors, other IT staff and internal clients to continuously improve our existing systems, and to resolve issues with professionalism and attention to detail.Embrace and support CGs culture and values while growing and contributing in ways that move CG forward. Qualifications Knowledge of concepts, and procedures for using and supporting mobile devices and/or Macs in an enterprise environment. Awareness of the collection and documentation of business requirements, and technical requirements.The ability to work creatively and analytically in a highly regulated industry. Ability to adjust speed of delivery to match management and business need.Enterprise level support for mobile devices or Macs, or deep understanding of those technologies as a consumer. Prefer experience with AirWatch, JAMF, Blackberry (MDM, MAM, & EMM)Familiarity with Enterprise Collaboration tools (e.g. WebEx, MS Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint).Knowledge of Mobile / Mac OS software (e.g. iOS 9+, Android, & macOS).A desire to learn skills needed to provide enterprise level solutions for mobile and Macs with a proficiency that establishes you as a Subject Matter Expert.
