ResponsibilitiesAs Technical Content Developer you will Develop technical content for our documentation.Ability to develop samples for illustrative purposes in our product.Work with a crossfunctional team to define ThoughtSpots voiceInteract with customers and translate their feedback into action in our contentHelp design and expand new and better forms of training.Required Skills/Qualifications3+ years as a professional content developer of technical documentationExperience working with designers, engineers, and product managersA gift for giving and receiving feedback with clarity and empathyAbility to take complex information and translate it into approachable and effective content and learning plansComfortable juggling multiple projects at the same timeTechnical SkillsExperience working with SQL, big data, or BI products.Experience writing content in Markdown and utilizing static file generation (or similar workflows).Working knowledge of Git and GitHub or similar version control systems; or a demonstrated aptitude to learn.
