Project Background background focused on FMC's recent mergers and acquisitions. FMC has acquired part of Dupont, they have divested part of their business and they are spinning off a new Lithium business. Resource will be migrating DuPont site online tenants to FMC For the spin off will be separating SharePoint sites to different segments on the network Looking for a SP Admin, can do out of the box features, do migration with migration tools (Metalogix, Essential Tools) Will be migrating sites from one farm to another Knowledge, Skills and Experience Formal Educationo BS. Degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering or Human Resources) and/or equivalent experience. Specific Knowledge Requirements o Strong working knowledge of SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online.o Experience as a SharePoint Administrator for SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online. o Experience with SharePoint 3rd party tools Agreeya and Nintex Workflows.o Experience with PowerShell. Good knowledge of business software i.e. Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Exchange or equivalents. Eight + years of working experience. Five years must be as a SharePoint Administrator Other Skillso Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to communicate with nontechnical clients, IT professionals, and management.o Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills.o Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.o Ability to escalate issues in a timely fashion.o Strong bias for action and desire to deliver resultso Strong customer focus.o Ability to work independently.o Ability to review a complex problem and present his/her manager with summary of options to be considered
