Identity & Access Analyst

Description

Purpose/Objective Under the direction of the AVP, Identity & Access Manager, the Identity and Access Analyst will assist with the delivery and management of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, tools, processes, and technologies. The Identity & Access Analyst will work closely with members of the Information Security team as well as across the enterprise to develop, manage and monitor controls to ensure compliance in the areas of user provisioning / deprovisioning, recertification, and access management. This position will work to understand the enterprise architecture and communicate with business areas to ensure that IAM security standards are created and adopted into information security frameworks. Key Accountabilities Responsible for the onboarding, development, management, and monitoring of applications and controls to ensure compliance in the areas of user provisioning / deprovisioning, recertification, and access management. 50%Create and maintain ongoing documentation of IAM program framework, policy, and procedures 20%Understand current as well as emerging information security threats and design IAM architecture to mitigate threats where possible 20%Stay abreast of new IAM security technologies and integrate into security architecture design when appropriate to effectively manage overall total cost of ownership 10%Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or Bachelors Degree in Business with coursework in the computer field or equivalent work experience Experience Broad technical understanding and 13 years of experience with current IAM technologies utilized in the financial services industry or equivalent work experience is preferredExperience with risk and IAM program compliance and reporting. Experience with working closely with internal and external audit partners Skills & Knowledge Analytical/ problemsolving skillsExcellent documentation skillsStrong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, including senior managers and third parties
