Description
Responsibilities Responsible for the design, development and facilitation of default training programsResponsible for the development, creation and implementation of user guides for companywide computer based training effortsResponsible for keeping user guides current according to industry changes and in compliance with regulationsResponsible for creating and presenting new functional training initiatives companywideResponsible for maintaining contact with key departments to keep abreast of any upcoming changes or initiatives that would affect the current training programsResponsible for creating and/or updating training modules as requested by servicing areasResponsible for creating and/or updating assessments associated with the corresponding training modulesObserve trainees during class; evaluate and document their performance and assessment scores on a weekly basis during the training periodReport to the Training Manager weekly and Department managers as necessaryResponsible for the development of the trainees during the training period by coaching and counseling as well as administering the training materialIdentify and implement appropriate revisions and updates to training materialsConduct Needs Assessments with Department Managers to identify training requirementsDevelop training programs and schedules to satisfy department training requirementsResponsible for the selection of the appropriate medium for successful delivery of training programs, i.e. PowerPoint Presentation, User Guide, Computer TrainingProvide support during and after the training periodEvaluate existing departmental procedures, update and document all procedures online and in hard copy formats; create procedures if none existCreate and present solutions to resolve productivity and performance issues identified during the evaluation processResponsible for working with all servicing areas on shared projects as required Qualifications College Degree preferred.2+ years of developing and delivering training and employee coaching5+ years mortgage banking industry experience preferred.3+ years default servicingExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to design and develop training programs, materials and guidesAbility to coordinate the development of procedure manualsStrong leadership ability, initiative and teamwork requiredExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent and enthusiastic presentation skillsCreative, flexible and dependablePowerPoint, Excel, Word experience requiredLPS Director experience strongly preferred
