ResponsibilitiesCreate wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flowsCreate stunning and effective digital designs and user experiences within our new online brand platform and secure customer account portalContribute to a strong, clear aesthetic and high design and production standards, within the Veritas brand identityAnalyze user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experienceConduct competitor and customer analysisContribute to and following creative briefs and schedules an aligning with the team on all projectsWork with the team to develop new creative concepts and seeking new areas of design and technology for individual, team, and brand developmentReview material for completeness and accuracy and maintain accurate and uptodate marketing filesAssisting in content development and planning marketing strategies and objectives as neededRequirementsA bachelors degree in graphic design, digital design, fine arts or a related field with a minimum 35 years of digital design and UX experienceA solid understanding of graphic design, web technologies, and wireframing/prototyping tools and previous experience working closely with UI designers, web developers, and graphic designersSuperb communication, time and processmanagement skills, keen problemsolving and organizational abilities, and attention to detailAn interest in health, learning about the genetic/genomic fields, and making a difference in the life science industryExcitement and energy derived from working for a small startup company, and wearing many hats in a fastpaced, challenging, and teamoriented environmentMust present a robust portfolio that shows your talent in visual design as well as creative user experience and/or platform/interface designProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Sketch, and all related digital design programsKnowledge of Drupal and other general web development and CMS programs a plusMotion graphics, animation, videography and video editing skills a plus
