Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain mission critical featuresBuild and enhance highly scalable distributed systemsEndtoend ownership of projectsWork closely with application engineers & product managers to understand and incorporate features in the platformRequirements B.A. / B.S. / M.S. in Computer Science or similar field2+ years of development experience with Java or Scala or JavascriptThrive in a fastpaced environmentFamiliarity with largescale analytics paradigms (Map Reduce, NoSQL, etc.)Experience with Git or other version control softwareStrong understanding of object oriented design, data structures, algorithms, profiling, and optimizationFamiliarity with testdriven developmentGreat communication and documentation skills
