Description
The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining current user access through password management, customizing existing reports and building new reports, utilizing filters and a variety of other tools. The person in this role will provide technical support to end users across the organization, answering technical questions regarding the software.Detailed Description Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer softwareSchedule system installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and proceduresConfer with network users about how to solve existing system problems and modify existing systems to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performanceDirect and prepare appropriate documentation to record computer specifications, layouts and peripheral equipment modificationsIn combination with the configuration management team, develop comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentationPerform workstation and server administration setupDevelop and support business relationships with project team and business customers for system managementWork with multifunction teams in problem resolution, evaluation and implementation of solutionsOther duties as assignedJob Requirements Excellent written and verbal English communications skillsAble to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlinesDemonstrate strong computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company specific applicationsAble to work and communicate effectively with all levels of coworkers, clients, and other external contactsAbility to work independently and with minimum supervision to perform job dutiesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is essentialBe a reliable team player who is proactive and resourceful in resolving IT problemsMust have a professional demeanor, positive attitude, flexibility and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate with Information Technology professionals and with software designers will be importantMinimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent35 years of experience trouble shooting Microsoft Servers and PCs35 years of experience trouble shooting MS Office Applications experienceExperience with Microsoft Office 365Preferred Qualifications Thorough knowledge of systems management, database management and application testingExcellent leadership skills and experience leading teams and individualsExperience with basic network troubleshooting and remediationExperience working with the following AWS, Cloud Computing, Active Directory, OKTA, Group Policy, Virtual Desktop configuration and deployment, Mobile Device Management InTune, Office 365, SCCM
