Responsibilities Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables to support overall business goalsAssess and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies and critical pathOversee and manage cross functional collaboration between internal teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders Develop fullscale project plans and associated communication documentsSet, manage, and effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionAssess and determine need for resources, additional project staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycleDraft and submit budget proposals as well as recommendations for subsequent budget changes where necessaryCoordinate ongoing and post delivery ROI analysis Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentationsRequirements Bachelors degree in business or technical fieldAt least four years of related professional experienceSuperior project timeline development and management skillsAgile methodology experience/familiarityPrevious experience as a Program Manager in a technical field preferred
