RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate the visual design and brands product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and iterating experiences for digital productsCollaborate with UX, development, brand, and design to create important design assets such as global elements, web style guide, and brand bookBring organization and strong UX design processes to the existing design practice in order to create a successful, agile design environmentDesign and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfacesIdentify design problems and devise elegant, strategic solutionsTake a usercentered design approach and rapidly iterate your designs based on the results of user testing and researchAdvocate for intuitive usercentered experiences and design solutionsDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE3+ years experience in usercentered design across digital platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile, app)Experience creating web style guides, brand books, sticker sheets (global elements sheets), high fidelity prototypesExperience with Sketch, Invision, and other design/user testing platformsKnowledge and experience with frontend development a plusInterest in collaborating with crossdisciplinary teams (visual designers, marketers, developers, brand) in a fun, but fastpaced environment.Organized and detailoriented; eager to work closely with UX Researchers and support research efforts when needed. Help to formulate and execute UX recommendations based off of research findingsEffective communications skills; capable of constructive collaboration with visual designers in order to translate print designs to web designsAbility to selfmotivate, solve complex problems and make quick decisions.Ability to strongly advocate for usercentered design (and for the Thinx and Icon missions) in discussions, design decisions, and directions.
