What You'll DoConduct applied research and have a huge endtoend impact on key product initiatives.Collaborate with teams at all levels to greatly impact the companys' direction and capabilities with your vision, passion and execution.Working with the latest open source technology on highly distributed, scalable products.Focus on Probabilistic Digital Identity, understand users via their digital footprint and find signal in noisy observational data.Build out the intelligence behind a worldclass crossdevice Global Marketing Platform.What You Bring to the TableSelfmotivated, capable of independently driving analyses and have a strong ability to work in teams and communicate with others.Prior significant experience in leveraging a strong mathematical foundation to solve researchlevel problems in data analysis and modeling.PhD in a highly quantitative field (Math/Stats/Physics/CS/OR/Econometrics) & strong aptitude toward creative problem solving and working with realworld data sets.Strong algorithm & data structure knowledge. Experience in diverse corners of machine learning and mathematics is a plus (classical statistics, optimization, graph algorithms, experimentation and causal analysis, recommendation systems, deep learning, etc.).Proficient with scripting/prototyping languages (Python/R), with packages commonly used to do numerical analysis, statistical modeling and machine learning (numpy, scipy, pandas, scikitlearn, XGBoost, Theano, TensorFlow), and with packages typically used to visualize data (matplotlib, seaborn, jupyter, ggplot, D3, shiny).Experience working with big data sets or coming out of a highly scalable, distributed environment. Handson Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark, Giraph, MapReduce or other related big data technology experience or aptitude is ideal but not required. Lowlevel (eg. Java) programming skill is ideal but not required.Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech or Identity Management industries is a bonus.
