Your responsibilities Lead technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisionsWrite understandable, testable, and maintainable codeBuild complex software systems by applying data modeling techniquesGenerate and test hypotheses about our product through feature ideation and analyzing user behavior.Mentor software engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective as product software engineersYour skills 5+ years of experience working in a relevant software engineering roleKnowledge of Scala, Javascript, SQL, or the ability to learn them quickly.Strong communication skills (we work in a highly collaborative organization).Comfortable working in a fastmoving, team environment (we deploy many times a day!)Datadriven and strongly motivated by success and learnings through experiments and metrics analysis
