Job DescriptionIllumio is looking for motivated, selfstarting team players to join our backend QA team. You need to enjoy learning new technologies, and solving/debugging complex problems. You are expected to own features from inception to delivery, and work closely with development engineers, productmanagement, and programmanagement. You will contribute to expanding the existing automation framework infrastructure/libraries/tools, as well as write automated testcases as part of your day to day activities. We strive for 100% automation. The environment focuses on security in the virtualized computing and networking ecosystems. The teams (both QA and Development) are very collaborative and friendly. The work is challenging, and very satisfying.QualificationsProficient programming skills in one objectoriented higherlevel language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Java), on a Linux operating system.Experience in testing/automation of networking appliances targeted towards L2/L3 switching, or AWS security groups5 years experience minimumWith Experience in at least one of these areas Experience in developing/automating testsuites and testcases in a fast paced startup work environment. Or Experience in testing cloud computing/networking solutions in various private/public cloud environments (e.g. VMware private cloud, AWS public cloud).
