Description

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation and configuration of the Active Directory network componentsProvide technical assistance pertaining to Active Directory in planning and development of new projectsRecommend and implement improvements to the Active Directory environmentSupport and maintain user account information including rights, security, and system groupsAssist in the planning and implementation of Active Directory upgrades and news releasesProactively monitor all systems in the Active Directory domain to ensure maximum performance, efficiency and availabilityValidate system upgrades and patches when requiredUpgrade system software and hardware components as required to meet business needsEnsure upgrades are occurring in accordance with established parametersProvide appropriate user support as assignedImplement and troubleshoot Certificate Authorities, DNS, DHCP, Federated Services and other core componentsGroup Policy administration, troubleshooting, documenting and implementingQualificationsEducation Associates degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience Experience 2 years of experience performing computer related activitiesKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of applicationKnowledge of applications, Microsoft products, TCP/IP and protocolsExcellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
