What you will do Have a clear understanding of what needs to be updated and be able to revise such change from a technical perspectiveLiaise with key stakeholders and support change management to ensure standardized methods, processes and procedures are used for all changes, and facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all changesProactively communicate with peers and other internal project teams to analyze and document change impacts, and track bugs and enhancements through complete lifecycle to support various information needsWork with IT operations in managing and coordinating communications for all release eventsWork with development teams to deploy technical solutions and coordinate changesActively participate in Release Management and IT operations meetings/discussionsHave a clear understanding of what needs to be updated and be able to revise such change from a technical perspective.Be involved in any system or application change (e.g. Network Update, Patching a bug)Your experience 3 5 years experience with Release CoordinationExperience with Windows systems (e.g., Windows Server, SQL Server), source control systems, XML, and basic network infrastructureExperience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel)Strong work ethic and the willingness to get the job doneStrong verbal and written communication skillsTechnical problem solving and root cause analysisAbility to work well independently and in teams
