Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the collection, understanding, documentation and analysis of application or infrastructure processes that impact the delivery of IT Services to the businessLead the design, execution and tracking of system tests to ensure operational readiness before being deployed in a production environment.Support production systems by resolving issues as they are reported in person or through the help deskIdentify potential gaps and opportunities in the existing solution and provide recommendations to resolve.Oversee the completions of project related tasks and assignments to meet project deadlinesMentor, guide, and assist in training new or less experienced team membersWhat is expected of you and others at this levelIndepth knowledge and experienceUses existing solutions to resolve complex issuesWorks independently; receives minimal guidanceActs as a resource for colleagues with less experienceRepresents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirementMinimum Qualifications & SkillsBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required, Masters Degree preferred510 years relevant experience requiredSignificant experience with Qlik load scripts, designing user interfaces, models and dashboardsKnowledge and experience setting up security in QlikViewPrevious experience using NprintingExcellent verbal and written communication skills
