Description
strong Java skills required; must be technically deep in general
experience working with Agile SDLC
at least two developers (who will work with existing Olympus team) must have pair programming experience
data processing/ETL experience strongly preferred (and needed in at least one developer). Preferably with Informatica
trading systems experience (ideally with CRD) required for at least 2 developers
strong communication skills required
team lead must also have ability to interact with business (nontechnology) users when required.
need good analytical skills, ability to understand how investment management/trading works
strong preference for developers with prior experience in middle office/back office systems. Anyone who has worked on a system conversion / outsourcing of middle/back office would be a big plus
