Summary of duties and responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Campaign Analyst is responsible for execution of our clients multichannel marketing campaigns and deliver actionable strategic analysis that improves the profitability of these campaigns and other customerfocused business initiatives.
In this role, you will become an expert on the customers data, help clients manage customers segments, and drive revenue and profits through effective campaign development and execution. Primary duties and responsibilities
Design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns for execution through Teradata's campaign management platform (CIM)
Provide and be knowledgeable in best practices in campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables; implement and support automation for lightsout triggered communications
Develop and execute multichannel contact strategies across customer segments touch point channels (email, direct mail, social and direct marketing on site), with the goal of engendering loyalty and driving revenue from existing and prospect customers
From data analyses, develop, test and measure campaign strategies that will drive desired customer behavior Lead campaign and program requirement discussions both internally and with clients to gain added insights from the customer data needed to drive strategies, such as understanding of offer responsiveness, content relevancy and communications channel engagement (DM, EM, Social, Direct Web) Document and communicate campaign strategy and work with campaign execution team and project manager to establish timeline and schedules for implementation and measurement Provide insightful, actionable customer analysis to our clients including the development of statistically sound customer targeting and test plans, measurement of their current marketing programs, and providing insight and recommendations for improving the profitably of their marketing programs
Summarize and present results of campaign strategies to internal and client constituents
Education and Experience
Handson Experience in Teradata Customer Interaction Manager (CIM) (Formerly Teradata Relationship Manager TRM)
Deep handson experience in multichannel, multiwave (trigger) direct marketing operations, strategy and analysis
Proven experience in writing Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs)
Marketing background
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within in Data Management / Database Programming.
Excellent design discipline including Object Oriented Design/Programming, unit testing, and code organization Experience in database design and concepts, strong SQL/PL SQL skills and designing against very large datasets
Working knowledge of translating business requirements to technical execution plans Ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in highly complex existing applications Ability to interpret, drive, and support customer vision and thinking Demonstrate analytic and problemsolving skills, particularly as it relates to solution design, development, and infrastructure Ability to identify and help mitigate risks and issues An innovative, positive, and selfdirected attitude interested in figuring out solutions to problems or methodology for improved client deliverables
Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
