IT Analyst

Description

Responsibilities
Will be responsible for leading and assisting in the development of business cases for IT solutions that are consistent with business priorities and IT strategy. Collaborate with Team lead/Manager/Vendor to translate business requirements into optimized information technology solutions based on the practical needs of the end user. Will provide first class customer service to internal and external customers to drive a high level of confidence with all customers. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Will be project coordinator as needed. Will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and 2 support for automation loading systems such as DTN and TopTech. Will implement new solutions driven by changes in the business as well as troubleshoot and enhance existing information technology solutions. Ability to respond to customer requests utilizing internal ticketing system and completing work in an efficient, prioritized order.
Conduct problem solving including the ability to perform root cause analysis. Solves problems in imaginative and practical way.
Must communicate professionally through written and verbal communications.
Provide leadership and collaborate through teams to complete tasks.
