As a Developer for our IT Applications team, you will be decoding and problem solving in C# and SQL on a daily basis. Our customer base includes the high tech community and they demand the very best in tech from us! This means we MUST get it right or it wont be released. Your projects will impact all areas of the organization. The industry as a whole and healthcare especially is moving in in this direction. While others may just be thinking about it, we are DOING it! What you'll do Design and code for business/IT defined user stories in Agile Team. Code review and provide constructive feedback to other developers. Promote teamwork and lead by example Work collaboratively with development and testing peers to identify new automation possibilities to generate or manipulate data, create automated regression tests and tools, or other technical advances that could empower the team to develop then test in ways that would not be available by manual testing alone Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to work through complex business problems in ways that will ensure we are adding quality value with an eye toward upstream and downstream outcomes What youll bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or four (4) years experience in Information Technology Strong C# is a must with basic SQL coding Ability to attack the business problem, plan for and predict outcomes and ask the right questions Knowledge of automated testing, automatic test data creation Experience with the SDLC, Spiral and Agile methodologies Ability to articulate your own contributions on projects and articulate the needs of the project Knowledge of healthcare domain would be helpful Ability to successfully work and navigate with lots of ambiguity Other noteworthy details NOT an order taker role NEED to be an outofthebox thinker Startup mentality, youll wear lots of hats; wed like you to come in and shake things up Help us get IT up to speed
