Just listing the technologies on their resume is not enough. Candidate must be able to go into detail about the level of expertise and prior experience with each technology. Following are some additional details that our new technical manager has shared with recruiting and we wanted to be sure to pass on This position is for someone who is going to be focusing primarily on full stack .net web development. They should be eager to learn, can adapt to new approaches, and should have good verbal communication skills. Required Software development with the following languages ASP.net, MVC with C# JQuery / JavaScript CSS3 / HTML5 Real world full stack web development Data access through use of Entity Framework as the ORM tool Restful web services pulling data from a relational database (SQL Server, Oracle, etc) Design and ownership of small submodules within a larger system. Unit Testing, preferably using TDD SQL Server experience Bonus\Preferred Modern frontend web applications using a JS SPA framework such as React, Angular, or Vue WCF Any of the open source Reporting Engine / SSRS Continuous Integration
