Application Development Manager

Description

Application Development Manager within the CLS Technology Team
Undertake independent ownership and responsibilities of the major and critical application components development and support. Work with BA, Architects, Developers, QA, Engineering, and Technology Vendor teams for development and test support efforts.
Leads onsite and oversees developers to ensure that specifications and development delivery milestones are met for the projects.
Improves business processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications systems.
Provide solutions using design patterns, common techniques, and industry best practices that meet the typical challenges/requirements of a financial application including usability, performance, security, and compatibility.
Participate, contribute, assimilate and provide opinion on changes, enhancements and design being done to the project.
Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services provided by CLS.
Provide (L3) 3rd level application support.
Experience essential / desired for successful job performance
410+ Yrs of experience in end to end Application Platform/Service Technology Delivery with at least 2 years of team leading experience
Qualifications / certifications essential / desired for successful job performance
B. S. or beyond in Information Technology
