Job Description Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
MustHave 1. Hands on Network implementations including Cisco IPT/LAN
2. Cisco voice gateway implementation
3. Should have work experience with ISP vendors for WAN QoS setting and PRI procurement and implementation
4. Should be able to Implement solutions based on approved design
5. Good hands on experience on CUCM varies version upgrade. 6. Administration of Cisco prime monitoring tool
GoodtoHave
1. Cisco IPTVoice knowledge 2. Cisco Contact UCCX and UCCE IP IVR
3. Layer 2 switching configuration knowledge
4. Ability to implement multiple projects
5. Hands on experience with Unity voice mail
SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Understand the solutions in design & implement as per design
2 Good understanding UCS server platform and CUCM version upgrades
3 Need to work with remote teams to do implementations & support
4 Collaborate with other technical domains during implementations part of solutions
5 Participate and/or lead projects to develop network target and solution architecture for new capabilities
6 Implementation and support Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection Voice Mail, Cisco Presence Server
7 Having implementation of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) preferred
8 Experience troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Switches (2900 thru 3700 series)
9 Microsoft Exchange 20032010 and Lync integration support with Unity Connection
10 H.323, SIP and/or MGCP deployment and support experience
11 Ability to implement and isolation within Telecommunications infrastructures FXO/FXS/PRI/T1
12 Ability to coordinate with service provider for Circuits & Signaling Protocols
13 Experience designing, administering, or supporting LAN/WAN and VoIP infrastructures.
14 Experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways
15 Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) 16 Good hands on experience on call manager upgrade from 8.x to 11.x
17 Good hands on experience on unity voice mail
