Data Architect

Description

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related study and a minimum of ten years of work experience managing resources, projects, and operational activities or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10 years' experience in a data oriented job such as a data analyst or data architect Handson experience implementing MDM, data integration, BI or data warehouse solutions preferred
Experience with using multiple big data database technology solutions
Strong presentation and facilitation skills and persuasion skills
Business domain, data/content and process understanding Data modeling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level
Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models
Understanding of metamodels, taxonomies and ontologys, as well as the challenges of applying structured techniques (data modeling) to lessstructured sources
Ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs
Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs, as well as to determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome crossfunctional barriers
Experience in managing the delivery of technical solutions and development activity
