Description

Job Overview This is an open position as a .Net C# developer on our .Net team development team. .Net developers implement enhancements and fixes to various Speedway web applications.
Work assignments will include production support issue resolution, minor modification and enhancements, and large project related efforts.
.Net C# is Speedways primary development language and is utilized on a broad range of applications. Experience with .Net 4.5, .Net 4.0, or .Net 3.5 is required.
Web pages are built utilizing Kendo UI or Angular frameworks, a minimum of 1year experience with Kendo UI or Angular is required.
SQL Server is Speedways preferred database and the majority of applications built utilize it. A minimum of 2 years experience building applications with a SQL Server back end is required.
Speedway utilizes Visual Studio Team Services to manage source code and builds; experience with VSTS is preferred but not required.
Speedway uses Octopus Deploy to deploy code to development, certification, and production. Octopus Deploy relies on PowerShell for custom processing; experience with PowerShell is preferred but not required.
Core Job Responsibilities Work closely with project managers, business analysts, business clients and other .Net team members to define requirements, design, estimate, code, test, certify, pilot, and rollout requested changes.
Provide support to Application Services team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in all environments.
Provide 24 / 7 oncall support
Maintain development test environment Work with deployment team to build and test software deployment package for certification environment and live stores
