Job Duties Needs Assessment Tasks Planning tasks Elicitation and Collaboration tasks Requirements LifeCycle Management tasks Requirements Analysis, Design Definition and Solution Assessment tasks Quality Control tasks Maintain requirements according to Argos standards of documentation. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work on their own as a business analyst and form relationships with the business and the technical team. Experience with eliciting requirements for Commercial Property and Casualty insurance projects. Experience with projects related to configurable systems for rating, quoting, binding and issuing Experience with projects related to capturing precise and detailed requirements for Policy forms. Plus experience with projects related to eBaoTech Inc. platform
