Quality Analyst

Description

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties Writes and maintains test automation.
Develops, publishes, and implements test plans.
Develops quality assurance standards
Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
Provide postrelease support related to defect analysis, scalability, and workflow.
Communicate directly with management and the development team regarding test objectives, requirements, and results.
May hire, develop, coach, lead and retain toptier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 6 8 years of significant Quality Assurance background, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Significant experience with industry leading Quality Assurance related tools.
Proven excellence in solving complex problems related to software testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Significant experience testing web applications.
Proficient skills in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
Experience in the following areas valued A background in the healthcare industry
Development/programming experience
Knowledge of RDBMS fundamentals
