Dynamics 365 Senior Engineer

Description

Dynamics 365 Senior Engineer will be responsible for converting functional requirements into customizations using .NET and Dynamics 365 native programming languages. The Engineer will work closely with technical, functional, and project leadership to ensure the delivery of quality software that meets business requirements. This roles primary focus will be on tasks related to delivery of Dynamics 365 customizations, report writing, data migration and integrations. What we want you to accomplish In the first 30 days, demonstrate an overall understanding of the Dynamics 365 architecture including integrations and plugins
In the first 60 days, successfully complete development tasks as part of a project team implementing Dynamics 365
In the first 90 days, demonstrate ability to lead and mentor less senior resources on the Dynamics 365 implementation project
Core Activities Design, configure and develop modifications and customizations to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and CRM applications according to Microsoft best practices leveraging configuration before custom development
Design and develop interfaces intended to integrate with Dynamics 365 applications
Design, develop and execute data migration processes and integrations with legacy systems
Design and develop SSRS and PowerBI reports
Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production
Success Indicators Multiple examples of successfully completed customization and configuration changes to Dynamics 365
Examples of designing and developing integrations and data migrations with Dynamics 365
Completion of a full project lifecycle for a Dynamics 365 implementation or other major ERP implementation project
Proven ability to communicate with both technical and business resources
