Description
Keystone RV, a leading manufacturer of towable fifth wheels and travel trailers based in Goshen, Indiana is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk employee to join its IT department. Keystone offers a competitive compensation and benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision benefits in addition to 401(k). Qualified applicants must have a working knowledge of, and the ability to troubleshoot, the following programs Windows 7 & 10, Office 20072013, including the mapping of printers, antivirus, and Adobe products.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is desired but not required. The Help Desk employee will be working directly with end users to help troubleshoot their PCs.
