Top Three Skills 1) Experience as a report writer using Crystal Reports (SQL is a nice to have) 2) Experience with an HRIS system (Infor is what they are going to but open to others Oracle BI, SAP, or ADP would come in handy) 3) Experience working in an HR environment (employee/employment functional HR data) Job Description Lifespan is replacing their old HR system, PeopleSoft, and their old payroll system ADP, and replacing it with Infor's Global Human Capital Management ClouidSuite. There are currently 3 Infor consultants helping them with data conversion for employee and payroll data from ADP to Infor, and vice versa. The person they need to come in will assist them with writing reports in a timely fashion. this data is all Employee/Employment functional HR data Compensation (Pay Rates), Salary Structures, Benefit plans, Candidate tracking, Payroll, Employee Headcount, organizational activity (Terminations, Transfers, Promotions), etc.
