Description
SCOPE/PURPOSE OF POSITION Develops communications and marketing for various IT tools and services
Educates Corning workforce on various IT tools and services that can increase user productivity and collaboration foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork to ensure an exceptional IT user experience for the workforce
Promotes WFP branding and Service line
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Will help develop and maintain the Workforce Productivity user portal page
Develops and posts communication that support the Digital Workspace Program and other IT programs
Works with PM on projects by creating communication, how tos and training when needed
Creates training videos to be hosted on Blue Tube platform
Help with management of Blue Tube streaming platform for Workforce Productivity channel
Participates in POCs and User Acceptance Testing activities for enterprisewide user enablement capabilities
Produce How To documentation for a global audience
Assist with some online and classroom training
