Description
Responsibilities Creating technical documentation, including design, security, accreditation documentation.
Communicating with clients, analyzing business needs, using problemsolving skills and developing solutions from scratch.
Working with business users to understand requirements and translate then to technical specifications
Required Skills Subject Matter Expert on the ServiceNow platform
Understanding of the IT Asset Management process
Experience working on developing the ServiceNow to discover custom attributes in the IT
Creation of Dashboards, Dynamic separate tables mapping to the CI components, Application to Infra dependency mappings
Experience in relevant web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, AngularJS, etc.)
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
Basic understanding of Integration methods and capabilities (ETL, FTP, REST, SOAP, JDBC)
Experience coding with Javascript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, Ajax, Jelly, Glide, and jQuery
Software Integration experience utilizing Web Based API
Good written and oral communication/interpersonal skills
