McAfee Security Engineer

Description

Lead the McAfee Endpoint and McAfee Data Loss Prevention programs in operations, maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting. Require a Security Engineer with deep experience engineering, administering, and troubleshoot problems in McAfee Endpoint Security (ENS), McAfee Network and Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO). Major Job Functions/Components Troubleshoot agent communication issues between endpoints and the McAfee ePO console. Troubleshoot McAfee software issues experienced in McAfee ENS. Upgrade the McAfee Network Data Loss Prevention system from version 9 to version 11, and integrate the NDLP manager into ePO. Upgrade McAfee Data Loss Prevention Endpoint software from version 9 to version 11, and troubleshoot problems associated with the upgrade. Troubleshoot problems experienced by asset administrators as a results of the McAfee software. Maintain the McAfee environment on current version levels. Hiring Requirements/Qualifications Must have deep technical implementation and tool management experience in McAfee Antivirus defense (AV) / Endpoint Security and McAfee Data Loss Prevention (DLP). At least 5 years of experience engineering, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting problems with McAfee ePO and Endpoint Security (McAfee ENS). At least 5 years of experience engineering, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting problems with McAfee Network Data Loss Prevention (NDLP) and Data Loss Prevention Endpoint (DLPe). Required Skills McAfee experience in both ePO, ENS, NDLP, and DLPe. McAfee ePO, NDLP, etc. Need someone with a deep background working with the McAfee tools. Education/Experience Bachelors degree and 7 years of proven deep technical information security engineering experience, Hiring Preferences Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Security, or Computer Science. including the rollout, management, and advanced troubleshooting of network data loss prevention and endpoint security tools. In lieu of degree, 8 years of information security engineering experience as described above. Deep understanding of host endpoint security, host data loss prevention, and network data loss prevention. At least 5 years of experience engineering, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting problems with McAfee ePO and Endpoint Security (McAfee ENS). At least 5 years of experience engineering, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting problems with McAfee Network Data Loss Prevention (NDLP) and Data Loss Prevention Endpoint (DLPe). Experience migrating from the McAfee Network Data Loss Prevention manager to McAfee ePO (version 9 to version 11). Experience migrating from the McAfee Data Loss Prevention Endpoint from version 9 to version 11. Desired Professional and/or technical certification in Information Security is desirable (i.e. CISSP, Security+, Network+, CCNA, SANS certifications (GSEC, GPPA, GMON, GCIA, GCIH, etc.)
