Description Seeking a Network / System Engineer IV
Responsibilities Responsible for assessment, planning, design, testing, implementation and technical documentation for Microsoft Azure Operations Management Suite (OMS) for these use cases Upgrade Readiness Windows 10 and 7 devices
Update Compliance Windows 10 devices
Device Health Windows 10 devices
Monitor Surface Hubs for Skype for Business
Monitor Office 365 products
Service Map
IT Service Management Connector
Network Performance Monitoring
Serves as the subject matter expert and overall engineer for all monitoring solutions and services aligned to/within OMS
Assistance aligning with the infrastructure support teams on the technical architecture to effectively implement OMS in a sustainable and highperforming manner
Communicates directly with colleagues on applying Digital Workplace technologies to solve identified business challenges
Understand and assess existing endpoint and cloud monitoring toolsets
Design and plan large scale usage of OMS for endpoint and cloud service monitoring
Document future state with functional requirements and specifications
Research and assist Product Management with developing roadmaps for OMS
Document servers, cloud and client management settings for OMS
Participate in the development of test plans and implementations plans for OMS
Solve complex problems with any variables related to OMS
Requirements Understands common Microsoft Azure services, Office 365 products, Windows 10/7 OS, Windows Telemetry and Windows Update for Business
Understands Microsoft Graph API and other OMS integration elements
Experience with implementing OMS for medium to large enterprises
Experience a plus with Azure design, development, networking and integration
Experience and working knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager, PowerShell, .NET and Azure Log Analytics Query Language
Basic project management skills and able to create work plans/estimates
Proficient communication and presentation skills
Proficient technical writing skills using MS Office suite PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Project
Advanced technical/admin expertise with Azure Operations Management Suite
Advanced technical/admin expertise with Azure Active Directory
Service Management Concepts ITIL
DevOps Experience
Desired Skills Project Management Concepts Six Sigma, Agile
Advanced conceptual or working technical knowledge of the following a plus Prior enterprisewide engineering and implementation experience with near/real time endpoint monitoring solutions
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a Technology related field
Proven ability to innovate with a history of new or improved technology solutions with remarkable impact on company productivity
Interacts well with diverse groups within function and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators
