Role Onsite PeopleSoft Support Consultant
Job Description 1. Attend & resolve PeopleSoft HCM support tickets in technical, functional and PSAdmin areas
2. Attend to service requests from business users for PeopleSoft HCM
3. Resolve queries from users and assist in PeopleSoft security management
4. Should be well versed with PeopleSoft Technical areas like Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, File Layouts etc.
5. Should have basic information on Peoplesoft server administration like rebooting application, apply basic fixes, configuration of instances, SSL tweakings, active directory integrations etc.
6. Should have knowledge on Peoplesoft HCM functional areas. Experience in Core HCM and NA Payroll is an added advantage.
7. Coordination with various internal and external teams on integrations of PeopleSoft to resolve issues
8. Coordination with Oracle support on bugs in product and track them to completion
9. Proactively monitor batch processes and integrations for failure and take corrective action
10. Quick learner with willingness to learn new Peoplesoft areas irrespective of technical or functional
