Responsibilities
Deliver a continuous Exceptional Customer Experience
Perform data gathering for scoping engagements
Consult with multiple teams for delivery requirements
Scope, architect, install and configure ADDM/Tideway discovery tool for customer engagements
Perform Business Application Mappings using TPL to create patterns
Mentor other team members on ADDM and Business Application Mappings
Create Best Practices for discovery and Business Application Mapping using BMC's ADDM/Tideway toolset.
Custom report creation for customer engagements and delivery of reports
Troubleshoot ADDM issues, including discovery and synchronization errors Requirements
810 years of IT consulting experience
35 years of design, sizing and deployment of ADDM in multiple customer environments
35 years of BMC ADDM/Tideway experience to include Business Application Mappings through TPL pattern creation, preferably in multiple customer environments
Demonstrated understanding of Application Infrastructure architecture, including protocols, services, and ports
Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to act as the SME on multiple projects and exhibit leadership skills Preferences
Previous leadership experience is a plus 35 years of data center transformation experience
35 years of application development experience with languages such as C, C#, Visual Basic, .NET, Python or scripting languages
Experience with or understanding of other discovery tools such as, EMC/Vmware Application Discovery Manager.
Basic understanding of VMware ESX/ESXi
