Job Duties
Be a key contributor in a small organization making a huge impact in a dynamic industry
Work smart and understand how your code impacts the goals of the business
Be introspective, always trying to improve yourself and the team around you
Participate on a DevOps / agile team full lifecycle and full stack including design, development, testing, planning, backlog grooming and support
Develop new web pages and migrate existing pages to new architecture
Design and Develop REST APIs for internal and external consumption
Develop and maintain related application code full stack development
Work with product owner to define and implement user stories
Develop unit tests to run in a continuous integration environment
Support production website, including troubleshooting & bug fixes
Communicate potential risks, delays, concerns and status to manager
Identify and implement best practices for coding as well as development processes
Most of all, be a team player!
Qualifications
Outstanding problem solving skills
Strong understanding of objectoriented design & development and common design patterns
Topnotch communication skills with techies and nontechies alike
Quick learner
Proven ability to make things happen and meet commitments
Willingness to dive in and get to the bottom of a problem; egos need not apply
Experience working on agile development team
7+ years software development experience
5+ years with C# and .NET stack
3+ years ASP.NET MVC experience
Javascript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX and a Javascript framework such as AngularJS, Backbone.js, Ember.js, etc.
1+ years Web API / REST Service design and development
Experience working on agile development team
4+ years SQL Server 2008 R2 or later
2+ years Entity Framework v4 or later
Experience writing unit tests
