Role Description
Day to day ticket resolution for the functional process related issues by closely working with KLX Business Partner and users
Working with other third party functional teams for clarifications / joint issue closure, as needed
Provide input to technical team for specific functional and testing support(if any)
Key user training on new enhancements & providing functional inputs to customizations and Interfaces
Provide Business process Enhancements
Support KLX business users in performing UAT testin
Prepare necessary deployment scripts for deployment of the bug fixed issue
Troubleshooting and fixing technical defects and issues pertaining to the AOS
Managing AX Server Configurations and AOS Settings
Identifying and fixing any type of Processor bottlenecks for Dynamics AX Batch Processing and optimization of the Batch performance
Troubleshoot and fix any Integration related issues limited to AXs capabilities Creation and Scheduling of Dynamics Batch groups as per the business requirement
To fix Index Maintenance issues
To fix Heavy Application database Logging issue
