Experience guiding teams and knows architecturing.
Has experience with clientlibs, knows how to work with them and understands their life cycle
Know the life cycle of the bundles.
Should know about the difference between versions of AEM.
Understands a dispatcher, how to configure it and how it works.
Knows MSM
Elasticsearch
Kafka
Experience with customized workflows.
Experience with custom replication agents.
