Description
Job Description reads more like a Cloud resource than Linux but the focus is really on the Linux experience if you find someone strong in both then its a win/win
Debian OS (not Red Hat) Ubuntu, Kali, etc are few of the variants of Debian) Strong knowledge of all areas of AWS (EC2, S3, Cloudfront, Route53, ElasticIP, Cloudwatch, Load Balancing, etc)
Experience with cloudready monitoring systems
Strong competency with Linux and LAMP stack
Experience with automated configuration and container management tools like docker and Puppet
Demonstrated ability with deploying secure cloud environments that are NIST, SOC2, GDPR, or HIPAA compliant solutions
Ability to collaborate directly with IT infrastructure, business professionals, and audit teams
Experience with programming or scripting languages required Python, Perl, Ruby
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
5+ years of experience as an AWS cloud engineer with at least 1 global deployments
A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience and/or military experience is required.
