Angular Flask Developer

Description

This IT position is a key role in the HCL Application Delivery Team at Johnson and Johnson working alongside the HCL Infrastructure Team.
The Angular/Flask developer plays an integral role in building a an application which allows scheduling of patches by users and viewing of patch levels and servers under the user or user group. The developer partners with both application and infrastructure IT groups to ensure that the proposed technical solutions align with the companys overall mission, vision, strategy, goals and objectives. This role will be responsible for the visualization and user screen portion of the Service Now Database (CMDB) and Microsoft Processes (SCCM) and Linux As such, this role will be expected to develop and maintain the user screen/visualization and mappings, plus design, access, usage and testing. Also included is the development or use of process and , interface designs, and development of internal and external authorization checks and controls to ensure proper governance, security and quality of data being presented and executed
This position requires strong technical and communication skills, as well as proven experience in frontend screen build, information management, UX/UI strategy and planning, information modeling and delivery, agile implementation, business collaboration, program management and project management, and the life science and healthcare (LSH) industry in general. This role will report directly to the HCL Delivery Lead for Johnson and Johnson. This role will directly interact with other roles such as Solution Architect and existing HCL development and infrastructure teams.
Definition refinement, ownership and representation of the User Interface Architecture, including User Frontend & Integration Architecture, Tools and Platforms
Representation and alignment of the solution to enterprise and local application and infrastructure architecture teams
Manage and coordinate new information demand that impacts the user frontend screen
Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business units Establish design guidelines integration, performance, reliability, operating, and security designs. Support business units in the creation and implementation of project use cases
Maintain an understanding of data and metadata needs for business units from the service now, Microsoft and excel type Linux server information
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field such as business, engineering or IT (or equivalent work experience). MBA or graduate degree in IT or engineering or relevant discipline preferred. Minimum of 3+ years in Information Technology experience required. Experience in large scale or enterprise projects, including frontend and/or micro services/integration leadership experience . Experience with life sciences, healthcare and frontend systems preferred.

7.Familiarity with agile program and project management including governance, compliance, roles and responsibilities, methodologies, processes and procedures in SDLC and Agile.
8.Familiarity or experience with integrating multiple backend technologies and applications
9.Familiarity or experience with engineering and/or operations of IT lifecycle, authorizations, information assurance, and cyber security.
10.Knowledge and understanding of the agile, scrum, EPIC, stories and story point concepts
