Business Systems Analyst / SAP SuccessFactors

Description

Key Responsibilities Act as a module point of contact with ADI HRIS and HR, and SuccessFactor Account Manager for ongoing support, issue resolution, module related enhancements and upgrades, and integrations to ADI appolications.
Research and identify solutions to ongoing problems with IT processes and integrations.
Lead, plan, and participate in testing efforts. Help see issues, projects, and work requests to full closure and resolution.
Provide support / updates on standard configuration and additional changes classified as Minor Enhancements.
Provide support on modifications, and enhancements; as well as the assessment and implementation of new integrations. Become a subject matter expert of HRIS systems and processes
Collaborate with IT technical teams to ensure quality user experinece in Success Factors, and proper integration to internal & external applications
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
Minimum of 46 years of HR Systems Analyst experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors. Employee Central module is a plus
Strong Understanding data flow related to systems and integration processes
Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as an active member of a crossfunctional team.
Excellent analytical and process reengineering skills, with experience in gathering requirements, developing solutions, and integrating crossfunctional system solutions.
Excellent project management, communication and organization skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
