Description
Required Skills 8.1. The Contractor will be required to demonstrate capability using the following 8.1.1. Software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including Requirements Analysis, Design, and Development. 8.1.2. Agile Scrum and DevOps frameworks. 8.1.3. Java Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE/JEE) frameworks, design patterns and architecture patterns and JavaScript. 8.1.4. Serviceoriented Architecture (SOA) principles, guidelines and technologies such as Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Representational State Transfer (RESTful). 8.1.5. JBOSS Application Server, JBOSS Web server and JBoss Developer Studio. 8.1.6. Developer infrastructure tools Oracle 12c, Structured Query Language (SQL), JavaServer Pages (JSP). 8.1.7. Supporting deployment in the USPTO environment from the existing CICM environment using CloudFormsbased automated deployments. 8.1.8. Hypertext markup language (HTML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Extensible Stylesheet Language transformations (XSLT) and XML Parsers. 8.1.9. USPTO Patent user interface framework jQuery jQuery UI Angular JS D3 jQuery Layout Plugin
